I volunteer at a community farm once a week. I spent most of my time weeding. It is backbreaking under the hot sun. My arms would itch with insect bites.
But it is a must because we do not want weeds to eat up the nutrients meant for the trees or plants. We want healthy fruits and vegetables.

I will resist regurgitating self-growth content; instead, I shall share some of the ‘sexy’ parts of the journey.
A friend asked what do I do when I am stressed or feeling down.
I said, “Paint.”
To be more precise, I watch paint dry. When I am feeling ‘blue,’ I will whip out my watercolors. I will cover the surface of my art block with water. Once it’s spread enough, I would brush/drip colors across. Depending on the water strokes, the paint will leisurely immerse with the water, following the water run. I will slap on a tinge of orange or magenta to blend, hoping that a sunset emerges.
