I know what you mean with the health and hygiene system. Frustrating. In Japan they do sell off some food at half price but even then the left over are thrown. It's complex. When I deliver the breads, I do check in case they are mouldy. But so far they are good. I guess we do what we can. We try to share food as much as we can and freeze. Thank you for dropping in.
